How the Program Works
Member Level
Earning points
As a member, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 1,000 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
Members redeem points for an e-gift card at a rate of 1%. So, 1000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $10.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
Members can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 1%. So, 1000 points becomes a $10.00 discount towards an order.
Gold level
Earning points
At this level, you earn 1.5 point for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 1,500 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
At Gold status, you can redeem points for an e-gift card at 1%. So, 1,000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $10.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
At this level, you can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 1.5%. So, 1,000 points translates into a $15.00 discount towards an order.
Platinum Level
Earning points
Platinum members can earn 2 points for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 2,000 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
Platinum members can redeem points for an e-gift card at a rate of 1.5%. So, 1,000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $15.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
At this level, you can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 2%. So, 1,000 points translates into a $20.00 discount towards an order.
Elite level
Earning points
Elite members earn 2.5 points for every $1 you spend. So, if you spend $1,000 you get 2500 points.
Converting points to an e-gift card
Elite members can redeem points for an e-gift card at a rate of 2%. So, 1,000 points translates into an e-gift card value of $20.00.
Converting points to redeem discounts on catering orders
At this level, you can redeem points towards a catering order at the rate of 2.5%. So, 1,000 points translates into a $25.00 discount towards an order.

Your total spend in one year determines what tier you're in.
Member
Spending up to $749 in the previous year makes you a MEMBER.
GOLD
Spending between $750 – $2,499 in the previous year makes you a GOLD member.
PLATINUM
Spending between $2,500 – $7,499 in the previous year makes you a PLATINUM member.
ELITE
Spending a minimum of $7,500 in the previous year makes you an ELITE member.
